Bin collections
Check your bin collection day, order a replacement or new bin, uncollected bins, report a missed collection, types of bins and what goes in each bin, assisted collections.
Order a bin for a new property
If you have recently moved into a new property and require a bin, you can request a new bin.
You can also request a bin in MyNS. This allows you to track the status of the request.
You will first be asked to log in or register for a new account.
Costs
It costs:
- £43 for a 140 or 240 litre bin
- £63 for a 360 litre bin (available on request for eligible households)
This covers the cost of the bin and the delivery cost.
Property developers
If you’re a property developer and require a new bin for a property, you’ll need to contact us.
