How to register for or sign in to your online accounts, including MyNS, MyHome and your Council Tax and benefits account.

Online accounts help you manage your council services whenever you want, 24 hours a day. We have three online accounts you can register for.

MyNS

MyNS allows you to find out useful information about our services tailored just for you.

Go to MyNS

You can:

  • see what day your bin collections are due to take place
  • log and keep track on a number of different service requests, including booking a bulky waste collection or reporting a street cleaning issue

MyHome

MyHome lets you manage all aspects of your tenancy in one place.

From rent payments and repair requests to communication with our housing services team and our housing register, MyHome is here to make our tenants' lives easier.

Council Tax and benefits 

Go to your Council Tax and benefits account

In your Council Tax and benefits account you can:

  • apply for Housing Benefit
  • see and amend your account details
  • register for paperless e-billing
  • apply for Council Tax support
