You will first be asked to log in or register for a new account.

Leave your bins at the front of your property and on the pavement by 6am on the day of your collection. This is unless we have asked you to leave it somewhere else. We will not collect anything that is not in your bin. The lid on the bin must be closed.

How often we collect your bins 

 We collect:

  • household waste every two weeks
  • recycling every two weeks
  • glass every eight weeks (every two weeks for a Recycling Ollerton and Boughton (ROB) glass recycling box)
  • garden waste every two weeks (every four weeks from December to February)
