Submission of the amended Allocations and Development Management DPD
The amended Allocations & Development Management DPD (AADMDPD), along with its supporting documents has been submitted to the Secretary of State to be examined by an independent planning inspector.
The submission version of the plan was approved at the Full Council on 12 December 2023.
The recommendation was to submit the plan to the Secretary of State. The submission version of the AADMDPD and supporting documents can be viewed and downloaded below.
Next steps
The examination will involve public hearings chaired by the Inspector to discuss specific issues.
The Inspector will decide the issues to be discussed and who will be involved in the discussion and will invite further supporting evidence from the Council and respondents as necessary.
The AADMDPD can be formally adopted if it is found to be 'sound' at examination. Further information relating to the Examination is available on the examination page.
