Book a bulky waste collection

It costs:

• £14 for the first single item
• £7.50 for each additional single item, up to six items in total

What counts as a single item

If your items have more than one part, such as a bed with a divan base, mattress and headboard, these count as separate items and will be charged separately. This also applies to multiple amounts of the same item.

Cancellations and refunds

We need a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel a collection. 

To cancel a collection, contact customer services. Have your reference number ready.

We will not give a refund if we visit your property and the item(s) are not out or ready for collection. To re-arrange the collection, you would need to make a new payment.
