How to book a collection to have a bulky item removed, including large electrical items and large upholstered seated items.

You can also book a collection in MyNs. This allows you to track the progress of your request.
You will first be asked to log in or register for a new account.
What we can collect
We can collect:
- armchairs
- office chairs
- futons
- settees
- sofa beds
- beanbags
- floor and sofa cushions
- stools
- upholstered dining chairs (up to four chairs)
To recycle chairs that are not upholstered, book a bulky waste collection.
After you submit your request
Once you have completed your request, we'll confirm your selected collection day by email or text.
We'll also confirm when the items have been collected.
Getting ready for a bulky waste collection
You must leave items for collection outside the property by 6am on the scheduled day of collection.
We will not enter properties or rear gardens.
