Book a bulky waste collection

You can book a bulky waste collection if you need to recycle large household items.

You can also book a collection in MyNs. This allows you to track the progress of your request.

You will first be asked to log in or register for a new account.

We can collect up to six items at a time and will only take the items listed.

What we can collect

We can collect:

• bed bases
• bed headboards
• black bags of household waste (up to four bags)
• mattresses
• sideboards
• tables
• television cabinets
• wardrobes
• dining chairs (not upholstered)

You can book a separate upholstered seated item collection.

After you submit your request

Once you have completed your request, we'll confirm your selected collection day by email or text. 

We'll also confirm when the items have been collected.

Getting ready for a bulky waste collection

You must leave items for collection outside the property by 6am on the scheduled day of collection.

We will not enter properties or rear gardens.
