Book an electrical item collection
You can also book a collection in MyNs. This allows you to track the progress of your request.
You will first be asked to log in or register for a new account.
What we can collect
We can collect:
- cookers and ovens
- dishwashers
- electrical garden equipment
- laptops and games consoles
- microwaves
- televisions
- tumble driers
- vacuum cleaners
- washing machines
Unfortunately, due to national pressures on disposal outlets, we are unable to accept fridges, freezers or fridge/freezers as part of the bulky waste service for the foreseeable future. Please continue to check back for when the service is available again.
After you submit your request
Once you have completed your request, we'll confirm your selected collection day by email or text.
We'll also confirm when the items have been collected.
Getting ready for a bulky waste collection
You must leave items for collection outside the property by 6am on the scheduled day of collection.
We will not enter properties or rear gardens.
