Our Amended Core Strategy sets out the big issues that we and our public and private sector partners need to address over the next twenty years in our district.
Document
The document is a key part of the Local Development Framework.
It was adopted in March 2019.
It sets a vision, objectives and policies to help deliver development and change.
This strategy should be read alongside the:
- Allocations and Development Management DPD – this sets out site allocations, designations and more detailed policies for determining planning applications
- neighbourhood plans, where they exist
