What are the Environmental Information Regulations and how to submit an information request
Should your EIR request relate to local land charge enquiries found on the CON29, the following open source information enables you to make your own decision of what the response may be.
Information provided under EIR is raw data and may include neighbouring land. It is your responsibility to check the data provided and decide if it is relevant or not.
For a fee, you can submit a CON29 search.
CON29 questions

3.1 Land required for public purposes – see 1.2 Planning designations and proposals.
3.7 (a to d and f) Outstanding notices – not available via a public register, submit an EIR request to our Information Governance Team.
3.7 (g) Outstanding notices – flood and coastal erosion risk management, this information is held by The Environment Agency.
3.8 Contravention of building regulations – this information is held by East Midland Building Consultancy (select 'contraventions').
3.9 (a to i, k to l and n) Notices, orders, directions and proceedings under Planning Acts – notices that have been served, made or commenced will be held either on the Local Land Register (HMLR), the Planning Register or the Enforcement Register.
3.9 (j) Notices, orders, directions and proceedings under Planning Acts. Our website provides a list of properties and land across the district subject to an Article 4 Direction (including indicative plan for each).
3.9 (m) Notices, orders, directions and proceedings under Planning Acts – orders and served notices can be found on our register of Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs). When using the website, refer to 'Advanced' search option and select 'Provisional' as 'Status’.
3.10 (a) Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). On the 1 December 2011 our Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule came into force. To find out more information about what development will be liable to CIL go to Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).
3.10 (b to h) Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). This information is not available via a public register, submit an EIR request to our Information Governance Team.
3.11 (a) and (b) Conservation areas – details of all conservation area maps, including designation dates, maps and those under review (including unimplemented resolutions to designate new conservation areas) is available at conservation areas.
3.12 Compulsory purchase
This information is not available via a public register, submit an EIR request to our Information Governance Team. Our response does not include other bodies such as Nottinghamshire County Council, Secretary of State and Utility Companies who have Compulsory Purchase Order powers. You are advised to contact these for further information.
3.13 Contaminated land – this information is available at contaminated Land public register.
3.14 Radon gas – this information can be obtained from UK Health Security Agency website.
3.15 (a - b) Assets of Community Value (ACV) – for details of current and unsuccessful ACV registrations, go to assets of community value.
