CON29 fees and payment
As of 1 April 2026, the fees are:
- residential CON29 search for one address – £133.50
- commercial CON29 search for one rateable property or piece of land – £172.50
- an additional parcel of land – £18 for one parcel
- optional questions 4 to 20 – £16.50
- optional question 21 – no charge
- optional question 22 – £64.50, additional parcel fees may also apply
Search requests will be returned if the fee submitted is incorrect.
Regular search requests
If you’re requesting searches on a regular basis, we’re happy to set up an account to invoice you on a monthly basis.
