Emergency repairs
If you need an emergency repair please call us immediately on 01636 650 000 and choose the option for repairs. If you smell gas please national gas emergency number on 0800 111 999.
Examples of emergency repairs include:
- no heating or hot water
- total loss of water
- uncontainable leaks or leaks affecting electricity supply
- unsecure door or window
- unsafe or dangerous structures or fittings
Non-emergency repairs
The best way to request a repair is by using the MyHome portal.
After logging in you can submit and track repair requests directly through your account.
Describe the issue, upload photos if necessary, and book the appointment for a time to suit you.
