Emergency repairs

If you need an emergency repair please call us immediately on 01636 650 000 and choose the option for repairs. If you smell gas please call the national gas emergency number on 0800 111 999.

Examples of emergency repairs include:

• no heating or hot water
• total loss of water
• uncontainable leaks or leaks affecting electricity supply
• unsecure door or window
• unsafe or dangerous structures or fittings

Non-emergency repairs

The best way to request a repair is by using the MyHome portal.

After logging in you can submit and track repair requests directly through your account. 

Describe the issue, upload photos if necessary, and book the appointment for a time to suit you.

Service standards

Our repairs service standards set out that we aim to: 

• always show our ID and confirm the job the contractor is there to do. 
• consider your individual needs and treat you and your home with respect. 
• ensure our contractors keep repair appointments and notify you of any delays or 
  changes.
• complete repairs quickly and in the fewest number of visits possible by ensuring 
  operatives have the correct skill set, equipment and materials for the work required.
• conduct quality checks and tenant satisfaction surveys on completion and use 
  feedback to help improve the service.
• report back on any other defects or problems in the home where it is raised 
  with the contractor on site.
