Get started with MyHome
Using the MyHome portal is the easiest way to manage your council tenancy online. With it you can:
- view information about your tenancy, such as start and end dates
- see how much your rent is and view up-to-date rent details
- set up Direct Debit payments to ensure your rent is always paid on time
- submit and track repair requests directly through your account
- send messages and enquiries directly through MyHome to our housing team
- get on the housing register online and browse properties
What you need to set up a MyHome account
You will need a valid email address and phone number to complete your account registration.
If you are a tenant you will need one of the following:
- Your new tenancy reference number
- Your person reference number
