How to use the MyHome portal, including video tutorials.

Get started with MyHome

Using the MyHome portal is the easiest way to manage your council tenancy online. With it you can:

  • view information about your tenancy, such as start and end dates
  • see how much your rent is and view up-to-date rent details
  • set up Direct Debit payments to ensure your rent is always paid on time
  • submit and track repair requests directly through your account
  • send messages and enquiries directly through MyHome to our housing team
  • get on the housing register online and browse properties

What you need to set up a MyHome account

You will need a valid email address and phone number to complete your account registration.

If you are a tenant you will need one of the following:

  • Your new tenancy reference number
  • Your person reference number
