The new Strategic Housing and Employment Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA) methodology was adopted in 2025.

We are preparing a new SHELAA to support the development of a new Local Plan.

As part of work on the new Local Plan, we undertook a call for sites consultation. This consultation ran from 25 June 2025 to 16 September 2025.
