Neighbourhood planning

The Fernwood Neighbourhood Plan went to referendum on 28 September 2017 and was successful with 295 voting in favour and 48 against. 

As a result the Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the development plan and can be used in the determination of planning applications within the neighbourhood area.
