As a landlord, we have significant responsibilities to ensure that:

- the significant carbon emissions arising from social housing use are addressed.
- residents’ quality of life is improved and those who live, work and invest in our district prosper and fulfil their potential.
- Social housing is fairly allocated to people in housing need.
