Homelessness and rough sleeper strategy 2024-2029

This document shows the challenges, priorities, and what we do to reduce homelessness and its impact in our area.

We aim to:  

  • create suitable housing for all
  • focus on an individual’s need and aspirations 
  • encourage and work with individuals to create their own solutions 
  • break the cycle of homelessness by ensuring the causes are identified at an earlier stage and prevented where possible
