We recognise that in some instances, tenants are living in accommodation that is no longer suitable for their needs.
We aim to:
- provide assistance to tenants that are long term sick or disabled
- deliver solutions
- enable them, where possible, to enjoy a good quality of life and remain independent
- make effective and efficient use of our adapted housing stock
