Report a problem with a caravan site

If you are unhappy with activities on a caravan site near you, site such as pollution or noise, or that you suspect it may be operating without a licence, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Caravan site residents

If you live on a caravan site, you can contact the Leaseholder Advisory Service for help and advice.

This is particularly useful for areas where the council does not have a role such as site rules, pitch fees or the selling and gifting of park homes.

Caravan site licence breaches

We can now serve compliance notices (subject to appeal) on site owners who breach the conditions of their site licence.

These notices will set out what the site owner needs to do to correct the breaches and the timescales, and the notice may attract a fee. Failure to comply with the notice is a criminal offence.
