We investigate complaints from employees regarding unsafe or poor working conditions in premises throughout the district.

You should first raise any concerns directly with your employer (or through your health and safety representative) before contacting us. This gives your employer the opportunity to address the matter.

If you are not satisfied with their response or they fail to address your concerns, get in touch using the details at the bottom of this page for further advice.
