The brownfield land register
We are required to prepare, maintain and publish a register of brownfield (previously developed) land which is suitable for residential development.
This is under Regulation 18(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017.
This register must meet the requirements set out by the government and be made publicly available and updated annually.
The 2025 Register (part 1) was published on 31st December 2024.
