Strategic flood risk assessments

Several strategic flood risk assessments (SFRA) have been completed for the district:

  • a level 1 SFRA [SM1] was completed in 2009
  • a level 2 stage 1 SFRA [SM2] was completed in 2010 
  • a level 2 stage 2 SFRA [SM3] was completed in 2012 
  • an SFRA update [SM4] was produced in 2016 to support the plan review process
