If you meet the essential criteria, as detailed in the person specification for a vacancy, we will guarantee an interview for:

Reasonable adjustments
We want your application, interview and/ or assessment process to be a positive experience. To help us in this you will be asked to tell us of any reasonable adjustments that we may need to consider to assist you during the recruitment process.
These might include:
- ensuring the building where the interview will be held is accessible
- arranging for assistance such as a mini loop system
- allocating more time to complete interview testing
