Update on housing repairs during heatwave
During periods of extreme hot weather, we may need to make temporary changes to some repair appointments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our residents and workforce.
Some non-urgent appointments, particularly those involving loft spaces, prolonged outdoor work, or activities that cannot be carried out safely in high temperatures, may be rearranged.
If your appointment is affected, we will contact you as soon as possible to minimise disruption and arrange an alternative date. If you have any questions about an existing repair appointment, please contact our Customer Services team.
