To make a complaint about a town, parish or district councillor, you must first read the procedure for dealing with Code of Conduct Complaints (PDF, 580kb).
You can then download and fill out our Members Complaint Form (.doc, 114kb), and send it to monitoringofficer@newark-sherwooddc.gov.uk.
